After more than 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, 22 of which he embraced pioneering and championing the alliance management profession, Steve has decided to take his career in another direction. His ambition is to assist companies with creating and improving their alliance management capabilities and increasing the value of their pipeline and product portfolio. As president of his consulting firm, Steve will utilize his considerable experience and distinguishable knowledge whether it is needed to develop his clients’ processes and teams or to actively engage in a particular alliance, acquisition or divestment.
